Park Overview
Before its creation, the Buckboard Park site was an aged industrial use site. While the land was cleared years ago, it wasn’t until 2008 that the park as it is seen today was created. Located at the corner of Buckboard Drive and Wagon Road, pedestrians are greeted by a giant mosaic butterfly by Mocah and Eric Ober. In addition to viewing the numerous pieces of artwork, visitors to the park can enjoy playing on the playground or strolling along the concrete paths through the park where various mosaics imbedded along the path and sculptures are hidden throughout the landscaping.
